The Theory of Being

The Theory of Being (TOB) will be introduced shortly; first allow me to introduce to you the principles of The Be Super Shared Learning Experience:

An example of what I mean by this:

My daughter is currently studying to become an Educational Psychologist at Edge Hill University. She mentioned to me that she was unhappy with a paper on ‘research methodology’ she had started, and said she was looking for a better topic – one that she thought had purpose for her. She should have known better to leave this conversation open ended, and the following morning I sent her this email to try and support her as best I could:

Hi Morgan,

I wish you look on choosing a research topic that is true to you – here is an example of how I go about things. The example relates to what I am currently doing and writing about myself:

  • acme – the point at which something is at its best or most highly developed.
  • potential – having or showing the capacity to develop into something in the future – latent qualities or abilities that may be developed and lead to future success or usefulness.
  • acme potential – thus represents the nurturing of qualities that develop and lead to future success or usefulness at its highest state.

In such nurturing the underlying requirement would be to allow life (Self) to be true to itself, rather than to any other outside or unknown internal influencer.

In my opinion this would require knowledge of all genetically susceptible predispositions and freedom from the influences and misguidance of external factors.

Such deep awareness, focus and purpose would only arise in the presence of true love (love means to allow and nurture life to become its true potential with freedom).

This love would require compassion to provide the action over and above the intention.

All of this may be summarised by the phrase – Self & Team Actualisation with Love and Compassion.

Subsequently, would not any research methodology that seeks to achieve this be based on – Self & Team Actualisation with Love and Compassion.

I then googled the phrase “acme potential” in google and came across:

I then googled the phrase “psychology research methodology for Self & Team Actualisation with Love and Compassion” in google and came across:

Due to the lack of research on this important subject I simplified a new search.

I then googled the phrase “research methodology for Self Actualisation” in google and came across:

??

I suggest you look at the options and consider a research method – if any or all of this appeals to you.

I am currently seeking to do all of this, rather than research it.

I hope this is of use, it is meant as an example not as a suggestion (although it would be a great topic – lol)

Love Dad.

Back to this presentation:

This example can be related to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs:

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

My daughter and I are quite tuned in, and whilst it has taken me over 50 years to reach this stage, she is naturally self-actualised aged 19.

She often guides me as much as I guide her.

For many years I have worked full time supporting young people within residential childcare homes and special schools. Many have SEMH challenges and have ASD, ADHD, and suffer from neurological symptoms, trauma, and chronic stress. I do not share a learning of Self-Actualisation with them at this level. However, I do use my own Self-Actualisation to interact with them and with supporting others.

Further perspective of shared learning experiences:

I try to support such young people by sharing my learning experiences with others (adults and young people) that I work alongside, or with those who manage the bigger environment. Some of these adults and young people are higher up the Maslow’s hierarchy, however, many are lower down, and the shared learning needs to be adapted – it cannot be the same for everyone.

Age, experience, seniority and power have nothing to do with your level of Self-Actualisation (referred to as Levels of Consciousness by Dr David Hawkins – Power vs Force).

You are an Open System?!

Be Super and our alternative practitioners interact with Open Systems – so what does this mean?

Open systems are defined by their ability to actively engage in the exchange of material and information with their environment and to build up, assimilate and breakdown this material to maintain their integrity. An open system is actively engaged in the process of life. A stimulus applied to an open system is not a passive affair.

The open system will intelligently modify its reaction to the stimulus, unlike a closed system that is limited by the laws of physics. Basic physics is mainly concerned with studying closed systems.

Humans and animals (pets) and plants and living life is an open system.

Open Systems can be identified as being healthy and positive through a range of high tech equipment:

  • HRV (Heart Rate Variability) wellbeing monitors
  • HMDT (Hair Mineral Deficiency Testing)
  • GKI (Glucose:Ketone Index) – measures the ratio of glucose to ketones in the blood
  • Applied Kinesiology (the body is the most high tech system available)

The graphic on the right hand side below shows the Levels of Consciousness – it is best perceived as a dial that runs from 1 to 16 (as per the graphic on the left hand side.

The higher the number the greater the clarity of Self-Actualisation.

The Theory of Being

The Ego (thoughts) always considers it knows best, and for most people this restricts the tuning in opportunity. Many of you will have experienced difficulty in applying what you know works well when someone else simply does not tune in to your Informational Energy – and vice-versa. Quite often mis-perceived barriers, such as ‘time’,’ resources’ or ‘ticking boxes’ present themselves and restrict not only acme potential but also someones ability to be true to themselves. Fear is one of the main restrictors to change and progress, and this can lead to procrastination and acquiescence in many professional working environments.

tuning in

At Be Super, we (myself, my wife and daughter, and other alternative practitioners – whilst on their own journey), are aware of how to tune in to children, young people and adults. We have Alternative Practitioners with specific skills, experience and abilities to work without fear, and to apply The Theory of Being in a manner that best suits the individuals being supported within each specific environment.

More on how we allocate our alternative practitioners here.

An introduction to TOB (Theory of Being):

At Be Super and 1to1 Smarter Recruitment Agency we nurture within ourselves what is known as Theory of Mind (TOM), however, we have taken TOM to a deeper level and created Theory of Being (TOB):

TOM includes the basic task of reflecting on someone else’s mental states, and the more advanced task of reflecting on someone’s reflection of someone else’s mental state, (and so on). An example of the former skill is needed to answer the question “What does Alice believe?”, while an example of the latter is needed to answer, “what does Bob think that Alice believes?”

We have taken this deeper so that TOB, in addition to reflecting on a mental state, also reflects on emotions, opinions, beliefs and behaviour. Subsequently, in answering both scenarios, it is essential that you first find time to listen to and preferably experience the perspective (physical, mental and emotional functional state) of someone else (Alice, Bob and others). Only after tuning in with this fuller perspective (TOB) and accepting it as true to them (without seeking to pass comment on its merits or otherwise), can you seek to guide and support them to tune in to new IE from yourself. Such new IE must not be too distant or removed from their own, otherwise they will hear but not understand nor know. Ideally any knowing should be gained from a willingness to experience the new IE practically rather than listen or read about it.

New IE should be gradual and self-experienced to be known and accepted.

Theory of Being (TOB) is essential for effective communication and cooperation with other intelligent agents, as it allows one to infer their goals, preferences, motives, and expectations, and to adjust one’s own actions and utterances accordingly.

Applying TOB with Shared Learning Experiences:

  • Some learning is better shared by simply being and doing with someone, without any explanation.
  • Some learning is better done by others experiencing rather than reading or listening.
  • ALL learning is done when the IE (Informational Energy) is communicated at the right vibrational frequency at the right time. The right vibrational frequency is one that can be tuned into and experienced. Furthermore, when shared learning experiences are tuned into using the TOB approach, then, and perhaps only then, may new IE be nurtured, experienced and known.

Many people already apply such principles in their working and social life (often without realising it), however, many don’t, and it is often not just knowing and doing that counts, it is also integrating those that don’t know, and those that cant be bothered, and those that almost do it – that is what TOB is all about. It is about shared learning experiences.

We train our staff on TOB so they can integrate new IE (Informational Energy) successfully with you.

9 YEARS (and ongoing) DEVELOPMENT:

I have spent 9 years nurturing and developing shared learning experiences and TOB. This period has mainly been spent testing out the acme potential for guiding and supporting others with Self and Team Actualisation.

Be Super is now FREE to use Love and Compassion (The ultimate way for TOB) with its 5 VFP Protocols to guide and support others with a shared learning experience.

1to1 Smarter Recruitment Agency is a division of Be Super set up to specifically share learning experiences using TOB with others – especially YOU.

Thank you for reading this.
